The Trustee’s of Borough Market, had embarked on a five year regeneration scheme to make the Market an interesting and exciting place to visit.
We are now currently involved with the upgrade of the Sugarman’s Market.

The project was successfully completed and opened to the public in April 2011.

Base 2 Stay, London – Courtfield Gardens

The conversion of existing Grade 2 Listed terraced houses into an eighty-two bedroom bespoke hotel; the first in Europe of the Base 2 Stay brand which received the first guests on 8th April 2006. Occupancy rates are in excess of 92%.
