This Market was founded by the Romans in AD43 and today is a thriving wholesale and public Market Place.
The Trustee’s of Borough Market, had embarked on a five year regeneration scheme to make the Market an interesting and exciting place to visit.
We are now currently involved with the upgrade of the Sugarman’s Market.

Windsor Farm Shop on the edge of the Home Park, was created by converting some Victorian potting sheds and constructing two new buildings, one for the shop and one for the Coffee Shop.

The refurbishment of the former Manzi’s restaurant and hotel off Leicester Square into a 25 bedroom hotel and restaurant for the St John Restaurant group.
The project was successfully completed and opened to the public in April 2011.
Base 2 Stay, London – Courtfield Gardens

The conversion of existing Grade 2 Listed terraced houses into an eighty-two bedroom bespoke hotel; the first in Europe of the Base 2 Stay brand which received the first guests on 8th April 2006. Occupancy rates are in excess of 92%.
The MEP Services fit out of the retail unit at Westfield Centre, White City.

A new build 55,000m² retail centre. The initial concept designs were prepared to Stage C in the UK and subsequently converted into a GMP design and build procurement contract with Group Five.
